Gaby is a Personal Trainer based in a private studio/gym in the suburb of Queens Park. The sessions are structured based on your goals/abilities whilst paying strict attention to your technique and body imbalances. Gaby is qualified in nutrition, Pre/Post Pregnancy exercise, rehabilitation, boxing and Pilates.

In addition to sessions, you'll stay in touch throughout the week using a personalised app so you are on track/held accountable in relation to your workouts, nutrition, goals and more. 

The Studio

A private studio ideal for those who would prefer not share their training space with others

  • The studio is meticulously maintained to ensure a hygienic environment for all clients. Gaby takes great care to sanitize all equipment before each session, giving you peace of mind during your workout

  • Parking is directly outside the studio giving you the convenience to attend your sessions without any hassle

  • Located in the suburb of Queens Park, the heart of the Eastern Suburbs

  • The studio exudes a sense of calm and focus, setting the perfect environment for your personal training sessions

  • You have the freedom to customise your training environment to your preferences. Whether you want to crank up the music to get motivated or adjust the air conditioner for the perfect temperature, the choice is yours

  • Bring your baby/child to the gym (they can’t use the equipment but can hang out while you train). Not only does this allow you to maintain your fitness routine, but it also introduces your child to the importance of an active lifestyle from a young age

The Trainer

All sessions are trained by Gaby, a highly experienced PT, who is also qualified in Pre/Post Pregnancy exercise, rehabilitation, nutrition, boxing and Pilates. She is dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest fitness & health research. This overall knowledge ensures each client receives the most effective training to help them reach their goals.

For the last 18 years Gaby has dedicated herself to improving her clients health and performance. From working with a diverse range of both females & males with different goals/ages/abilities/lifestyles Gaby has been able to truly understand how different each individual needs to be trained.

She specialises in training women. As such, she has a solid understanding of the complications that affect females at different life stages (pre/postnatal, peri/menopause, work/life balance, etc).

The Sessions

You’ll train hard but more importantly you’ll train smart.

The sessions are structured based on your goals, capabilities & body imbalances. The workouts have a large emphasis on mobility training, high intensity cardio and strength work.

In addition to exercising you’ll work together to create a realistic, well balanced & holistic lifestyle (by adjusting factors such as food, sleep & habits).

Session structure:

  • Start off with mobility drills (exercises that increase the range of movements and motions your body can perform creating correct movement patterns and minimising potential injury)

  • A combination of strength exercises & anaerobic/aerobic work (this is the bulk of the workout)

  • Finish off being stretched (nothing too fancy but most people love this part)
