Personal Training - One on One

Get maximum results.

The workouts are personalised specifically to you! Your history, your preferences, your body and your goals are all taken into consideration.

Gaby combines proven training techniques with continuous assessment, ensuring that every workout is effective and engaging. This gives you the best chance at improving your fitness and health.

The PT session is complimented by daily check-ins outside of the sessions to make sure you’re making smart health choices, on track & held accountable.

Sessions are 30 mins, 45 mins or 60 mins.

From $85 per session

Personal Training - One on Two

Share the session with a friend/partner.

Enjoy an individualised workout that takes into account each individual's fitness level, goals, and any injuries/limitations that you may have. This means that you both will be working towards your own personal goals while also supporting each other.

Keeps you motivated and makes it fun!

From $50 per person per session

Monthly Support

This is a great option if you’re wanting assistance in achieving/maintaining your goals but can’t commit to weekly PT sessions.

This includes:

- One x 1 hour PT sessions a month

- Check-ins to make sure you’re on track & you are held accountable

- Education & guidance on how lead a healthier lifestyle

- A month of workout programs tailored specifically to you
